We always aim to help you best way possible and also hope that our FAQ can assist you in a good way. Thank you for being kind, considerate and compassionate - remember that we are real people, and not robots :) 

Avoid sending us multiple emails as it automatically shuffles you to the end of our email queue!

1. Can I cancel my order or change something in my order? Can I change my address?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel an order that has received an order confirmation. We handle so many orders and the systems activate your order automatically. If something goes wrong, you can instead make a return and reorder.

2. I forgot my discount code, what do I do? As long as the discount is active and valid on your order, our support team can activate it in your order afterwards. Write to hello@aimn.com and we can instruct you how to do it. Do NOT place a new order as no order can be cancelled.

3. How do I track my package and has it been shipped? We are at our busiest time now and we are doing our best to get your order out as soon as we can. But be patient if it takes a few more days than usual. You will receive updates on when your order is packed and you can track your package via the tracking link you received. 

4. How long is the right to return Christmas gift?

We have extended return time to 10/1 2025 and please create on online return here with order number and email.
